had the same symptoms last year truck would stutter when cold then blow a bluish-white and then at times heavy black so the dealer replaced the egr sensors but then it happened again and turned out the egr cooler was leaking coolant into the motor they blamed me for not giving them all the symptoms the first time and tried to have me pay another deductible. needless to say the a-hole that accused me was later fired and i got a refund and a very apologetic later apparently i wasn't the first or the last although he was the only one that i blasted
