poly track bar bushings are the only ones any one should ever use because they get rid of the mushy garbage factory crap and drive better than new

Track bar poly bushings are in. A much easier job than the spring bushings were. The OEM bushings have a metal sleeve that comes out with the old rubber. I can't tell yet how they improve my suspension, but after seeing the disintegrated old rubber, I know it has got to be much better than before.

Crumm, I looked at ORU's site and couldn't find their recommendation.
They told me on the phone when I ordered my reverse shackle kit and poly bushings for the springs. I don't think it is writing anywhere, just a verbal.

The new track bar bushings are only noticeable when I turn. The stiffer bushings hold the truck straight and when I turn, the steering wheel feels stiffer. Not stiffer turning the wheel but I have to hold the wheel tighter driving into turns. It's a different feeling from having a steering stabilizer (which I already have). I feel this aids in driving stability.

So I'm finished with my poly upgrade. Next project: Gauges???
