P0123 Throttle/Petal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit High Input
P0603 Internal Control Module Keep Alive Memory (KAM) Error
P0478 Exhaust Pressure Control Valve High

I don't see anything to worry about there. Did your Banks kit come with some sort of boost releif valve that goes inline before the map sensor? I see you say your hitting 30lbs boost, you could be defueling?

The 0603 is from the chip install, that will always be there. The 0478 isnt one to worry about either, the 0123 I'm not sure on but will defer to budro's thoughts that it isnt a biggie. You do need to make sure you have the MAP sensor isolated from high boost or it will defuel which is what sounds like you have happening.

I used to get a check engine light before i installed a ground wire with a diode on the map sensor.and which showed a defueling code. that code stopped .also installed a homemade pressure relief valve, set at approx 22psi. I cleared all the codes, and when i powerbrake it will start to spin the tires. boost will go up to 28 psi then it sounds like waste gate opens.then loss of power till i back off the throttle.i checked the codes and it shows code po123.How do i isolate the map sensor?

might need to tweak the boost relief, 25 psi your ecm is chopping fuel, 28 and up its really chopping fuel and should be causing major power cut back
the waste gate starts to open at as little as 5-8 psi,
do you get a CEL when it starts to cut back???
if your just wanting to spin the tires run up till she breaks loose then moderate the throttle, to keep boost at 22 or so , let her up shift, hey its only tires right :burnit :D

Lowering the relief to say 20psi should help, but raising to 26 should have had no affect if the map sensor was the cause.

Map sensors purpose in laymen's terms: It reads the boost pressure and converts it to an electrical signal so that the computer (ECM) knows what it going on. If you boost over 25lbs the ECM will begin defueling so as to lower the boost and regain control of the engine.
