pinstripe?

Does anyone have a pinstripe on there vehicle? I've got a double silver line that runs the length of the vehicle. Just wondering if this is stock.

my didnt come with that stripe at the top edge of the doors. i dont know that it is a factory option so to speak, but i have seen plenty of dealers add that little touch to alot of vehicles after they have been delivered to the lot.

i personally dont like the looks of it own our type of trucks. JMHO

if it simply terminates at an opening in the fender, it's usually owner installed

if it ends in an arrowhead, it was probably done at the dealership.

My Excursion was done by the dealer and was painted on not tape

More than likely a dealer installed stripe. Sales managers will do that to "spice up" a plane truck.

I have a gold one on my truck with little Ford stickers in it.

mine, and i suspect MOST, tape stripe where the TWO-TONE paints
meet...the tape stripe is LOW on the body and runs the entire length
of the trucks.

that is a factory stripe done on all two tone paint jobs.

i think most are talking about stripes at the rolled edge just above the door handles.

stephen i agree...theres a difference, to me, between a TAPE stripe
and a PIN stripe...but i just thought id toss that out there too, just
to make sure.
