part # ??

hey people , i have a older body style f250 HD power stroke & i have to change out the ball joints , i went to nappa & the kid pulled up some pic of a truck with control arms ???? i don't have control arms , i have leafs .does any one know the part # for the upper & lower ball joints for my year of truck ?? & does any one know if places other than ford can use the parts #s to cross reference ??

Your truck is the first year of the new body style so you get all the left over parts from 96 in your 97 truck. You'll need to look back to 96 for your parts. Napa not that smart to thinking about that. There was two axles put in that year. They were 3850 lb. standered trucks and a 4600 lb. witch is the HD.

Here is a moog #'s K8388T uppers
lower 3850 lb. K8195T
lower 4600 lb. K8435 for the HD

K8432T Frt Suspeions Upper; RWD; H/D; w/ Twin I-Beam Axle; Problem Solver

If memory serves me right they will be the same as the F350 at least for the 4wd application
