Ok, so what is this part number and how do we hook it up.

Got out there looking at the motor to make sure there were no more leaks, and there are NO MORE LEAKS! **insert redneck happy dance**
and found what I believe to be the intercooler which has not been hooked up.

It looks like a small radiator in front of the big radiator and there is a tag on the top that says:

F81A 6K775AE Ford
Valeo P/N 1030193
Valeo 7LI3A

Is this thing a piece of crap and if not, are there instructions anywhere on how to hook them up?

Yup, thats the left over tranny cooler from the old E4OD. Now that you are a bolt action tranny you dont need it, you can remove it or....... some folks have taken the cooler and plumbed it into the power steering system to cool the power steering fluid.

thats what i thought to, but didnt you say you had an intercooler already in from teh guy you bought it off of.

Intercooler is a HUGE radiator looking thing that is the usually between teh a/c condensor and the radiator, cant miss it,

Yes! It's rated at 9,000 lbs but the truck is rated at 20,000 GVCW with a 4.10 rear. That's why many who tow get a bigger cooler like the Tru Cool 4590 (28,000lbs). But you have a stick so...sell it on ebay.

Yes, it is supposed to have an intercooler on it that has not been hooked up. My being stupid and not knowing what one is, I didnt know what to look for. Now that you guys are telling me this, I will be in contact with the guy I bought the truck from and he will either be purchasing an intercooler and sending it to me, or he will be laying some cash in my hands. I am already ready to put my attorney on his case as he has lied to me about several things. He is scared shi*less right now that I am gonna sue him, as what he advertised the truck having and how I supposedly bought the truck, is not what I got. I will not get taken on this anymore. Kimmy is about to kick some North Carolina ass and I will be taking names!

94-97 trucks did not come from the factory with an intercooler. However, it is something you can ADD, but its going to be a LOT larger than what you described. It will have about 3" diameter inlet and outlet for hooking to the turbo and the intakes.

ok, this thing that is in there is about the width of the radiator, a little smaller. Its height is from the first bar on the grill down to the top of the bumper. It has an inlet and outlet that is about 3" in diameter that the guy has stuck rags in.
