oil leak

so oil keeps leaking around my oil filter. I have determined its not the filter im thinking the oil cooler has a hole in it maybe and its leaking down around the filter. How bad is it to replace. Ive been told its not a easy job.

It's actually not that bad, its just a messy job (oily mixed with residual coolant ... drain the coolant). Next time you have the filter off, do a good check of the filter adapter for cracks. You will need the header gaskets, cooler o-rings and the cooler (or whatever is causing the leak). Cheers!
