I have been loosing oil every oil change and this time the whole bottom of the tranny and the back of the engine is covered. I thought it was the turbo pedestal seal but I cannot see any oil leaking out around the pedestal. I cannot see the very back side of the turbo on the exhaust side though and it could be coming from there. I took the intake tube off the passenger side and can see oil down in the valley and on the turbo pedestal (but not up where it meets with the turbo). Also it looks like oil has sprayed onto the passenger side exhaust pipe going to the turbo. Any ideas where this is coming from? Are the pedestal seals still my best bet? I have to take the turbo off either way but I want to make sure I have all of the parts to put it back together. Can the HP oil lines get oil in that area?

Now that I look at it closer it appears to be leaking from a ~3/16" tube going into the back of the head on the passenger side. Is this the HP Oil feed? How do I fix it? It is spraying back so I do not think it is an o-ring in the head. Looks like the tube is leaking.

It is not uncommon for those orings to fail.

Which o-rings? The pedestal o-rings? I just drove it a short trip to make sure the air pipe was on good and when I got back there was oil on the front of the top boot I had just cleaned. I don't know how it managed to get there. I am starting to suspect the seals where the turbo pedestal bolts to the engine in the back. It was very wet around there.
