Is it always white smoke? At 240k your about do for new injectors. White smoke on cold starts is normal and so is the rough idle, but if it's always smoking it looks to be injectors.

Yes, Its always white smoke, Do I need to replace them all or is it possible to service them? Is there anyway to test them? I just drove from Dallas To Los Angeles and averaged 17-18MPG at 80-85MPH
