I know the feeling, Sometimes i wonder about some of the Tech's that are out there...

Well I guess some of the dealerships pay them based on book time and that's all they get paid for. So apparently replacing parts is the way they continue to get paid for not fixing the problem. Either way I'm not paying them for anything until it's fixed.
