We sell the PIAA's, they are nice.

We run these Piaa lights on our trucks up North. The high/low beam operation with the H4 bulb is nice in blowing snow. You can see them mounted on Freightliner in picture below. I still like the Hella HID's on my 96' better though.

Stainless Steel Flat Bar for more lights????

Well, I just bought 2 of the Chrome KC's and mounted them yesterday. Very nice lights. Now I am trying to figure out how to mount 2 more. Does anyone have a source for some stainless steel flat bar????

The PIAA are alot less than the Lightforce lights. I would just hate for something to hit them and break them. We sell the PIAA's, they are nice. Are you going to be in the woods or in big open places? If in open places it might be worth the big bucks.

theres a review where they SHOT a .22 at the lightforce lights...
all it did was leave a DIMPLE...

Personally I like my ALL METAL (Alum.) IPF 960's...ive had em
on two trucks (5yrs plus now) & theyre STILL running the original 100w bulb...
theyre very bright (7" BIG LENS)...theyve held up to salt snow rain
etc & show no real sign of wear and NO RUST anywhere (the housings
are alum. & all the mounting & screws is either alum. or stainless)

ive got the black version...

FUD?
We carry the lightForce lights, and they look awsome. The big bad lights that they have are very expensive is all I'm saying. If you want them I will do everything I can to beat the best deal you can show me. The HID lights retail for $995.00 each. Of course we wouldnt charge that, but its still alot of money. Im just saying there are many options. I would love to have a set of them, but after I install them I would be on my way for stitch's cause my wife would hurt me lol.

FUD...Fear Uncertainty & Doubt....but i take it back...i didnt
realize you offered them or had 1st hand experiance of them...
when you said youd be worried about a rock hitting them.

realizing theyre plastic (or at least the lens' are) they must be some
heavy plastic (if they can take a .22 shot and only recv' a dimple)

so my apology to you (ive edited my post & removed the comment).

I see so many of those HELLA 'round and imo theyre over rated/over
priced for PLASTIC...its one of the reasons i liked the IPF super rally's...
they werent plastic !

Go with aluminum. Much easier to drill, cheaper and lighter.

I do not attempt to understand all there is about metals. Can you polish "aluminum bar stock" as if it were "billet" like my badges.

How thick should I go to keep the center lights from "sagging"?

Yes you can polish it to a mirror like shine. Just start with steel wool or 600 grit sandpaper then move on to the polish.

On our new F150 I used aluminum angle iron rather than flat-bar to avoid sagging and shaking.
