Can't give you an answer on the rears fitting, but for what it's worth the
offset on the 99-04 is .25" and the 05 and up is 1.41".

My concern with the rear is the center bore of the wheel being big enough to fit over the hub

It will fit over the hub, I think it it will clear the leaf springs....anyone know if they moved the rear springs on the later models?
