OEM Air Filter removal?!?!

Okay, this may sound stupid, but how the heck do you change the OEM air filter. It is almost like there isn't enough room to slide it out from between the two ends?!?!-mad

yeah don't feel bad, I lost a fair amount of skin too, and there were chunks of the old filter housing on the ground by the time I was done. Definitely not one of their better ideas... just like the Inverse Polish Installation of the HFCM... I was almost ready to sell the truck when I saw that little gem...

i tore hands up too lol got it out without doing all that... but it was pain.. ill follow that next time thanks
