obd2 no power

would go to all that trouble.. I might put a terminal tool down the throat of it and try to smush the connectors tighter, though..

I found a wiring diagram of the obd2 plug and it said I should be getting 1.5 volts to the top right pin with the key off. Well I'm only gettin a half volt. I skinned the wire out to see if it was just Tue connector but I still only have half a volt

Also my cig lighter hasn't worked since ive had the truck. Key off I get .2 volts and with it on I get a nut fuzz over one volt. What The heck is going on with this
