Yes, it looks like your head gaskets were replaced. The coolant leaking, internally, is the biggest clue. What I am wondering is why the Rod, Push (read "push-rod")? Was it bent? No clue given.

I just found an answer. If the heads were planed or surfaced, then a shorter push-rod maybe in order.

Thanks DaveBen,;tu
I am not sure if that is a good thing or bad thing that they did a head job? I have heard some people mention to change the head bolts to studs or maybe it is the other way around? Would Ford do something like this under warranty? Thanks again

Ford only will replace their parts under warranty. You will have to buy the studs and then con them into installing them. They will do it, but probably not for free. The head bolts need to be changed anyway. They are a use only one time or Torque to Yield bolts.

I know this is old but the dealers around here recommended installing them and only asked for us to pay the difference between them and the stock bolts. That way they never had to see us again. I wish all dealers had the fix it right mentality.

Many here have had them done for free labor, for the bolts.

Dave
I guess I'm just lucky that all three dealers within a short radius of me would much rather put studs in at their labor cost minus the price difference of the bolts to studs. Only about $150 and the dealer even procures them. That being said I've never had it done because I've never had a head gasket issue but did lose my egr cooler once and now 7 of 8 injectors luckily all covered.
