Bush, it never ends with the Dodge crowd. I actually LIKE the trucks, its the majority of the owners I could do w/out. Your more likely to see the confederate flags-truck nutz- shiny unused trailer hitches-chains hanging- gigantic smoke stacks-camouflage vent shades-my truck is better than yours non-sense with this group for some reason. Just an observation.

COP next door to me is one of those...runnin' a full exhaust <w/out
muffler> and some tires and lift...that thing will probably never see
a trailer (but hes got a shiny unscratched chrome drop hitch & ball on it)...

That is my favorite of all time. Throw in a duck or deers head hitch ball cover and your all set. How about a forum for pictures of these sightings? That could be entertaining...like the F250 I saw last week with an extra FX4 decal on the tailgate and glue on hood-scoops up front.

And why Ford has fake air vents on the fenders for 08 is anyone's guess. Although I've heard alot about a genuine "snow vent" alot of 08 owners didn't know they had until their air filters looked like a freeze-pop.

Heck.. I thought the fender vents were the "Real Deal" on the 08s.. shows ya how close I've looked at'm I guess.We all do things that we think look good. But MAN.. some guyz'n galz do push the envelope.
Saw an 06 D-max DRW.. has Mud Flaps made of 3/4" hang'n chain.. don't know if he new it but, they'd already started Beat'n Heck out of the L & R Q-panels.

My thoughts exactly!!! It's amazing how much better the GMC looks than the Chevy. Plus those front bumpers on the Chevy are UGLY!! Look like they are three pieces welded together.

the fake vents are either to make it look like some kinda "big rig"
or theyre meant to mimic the portals of the old buicks or oldsmo-bubble.
