no codes in comp have 600psi when crank hpop is workin

If you have 600 psi of high oil pressure and it's not starting and no codes.
I would take a look at the ipr. pull it have a look at the screen, busted, dirty?
the pcm activates the ipr in a duty cycle in %. of regulated pressure, the pcm has no way of knowing if the ipr is contaminated so it most likely won't trip a code. Most
6.0s that have been apart recently for what ever reason any type of dirt/grit that get into the oil will clog a ipr.

UPDATE: I pulled the ICP plug off the sensor. It was heavily corroded, looked like a bad battery type of corrosion. Replaced the harness, and it started. I then cold started it 20 times, with no problems. Let it warm up, did a hot start another 10 times, with no problem. The dealer thinks the corrosion was causing intermittent resistance, and not sending the signal. The harness is about $75 from Ford. And the ICP sensor is on the passenger side valve cover. It goes through the cover to the hight pressure rail. Keep your fingers crossed that this solved the problem!
