note No brakes or PS!

Whats up with the PS pump and the hydroboost on the 2000 f250 7.3s! Replaced hydro boost yesterday, Going to put new PS pump tonight, but I put a new one on 6 months ago, still have no PS and have to stomp for brakes! Someone has to know the secret to getting this system to work....

he doesnt have one for brakes, assuming its hydro boost.

im not familiar with the ford hydro boost system, but i know sometimes if the steering rack or box has a failed valve it dumps all the pressure, causing loss of brakes and steering.

Change the pump. Could be a poorly rebuilt unit.
