Hi all, Just arrived and glad to be here, Just bought a new 08 Super with 6.4, auto, supercab, and 2WD. Truck was manufactured in 07 of 2007 so I guess it sat on the dealer lot for a while. This is my first vehical powered by a diesel engine, I love the torque but it sure don't ride like a F-150. Thanks for having me!!!!!! East :)

Everything's a tradeoff. That truck you have now will do things an F150 could only DREAM OF!!!!!! :D

For example: Pull your house off the foundation, tow it for 100 miles and not break a sweat, the engine will last forever ( properly maintained of course).

NevrKnow is right. At idle mine pulled a broken forklift with the forks down.

Thanks for the hospitality, I traded up to the F-250 because the F-150 was having a tough time towing our 28' fifth wheel 9000# up through the mountains to Canton, NC, I'll have to say it would do it but it didn't like it. I'm still in the process of installing the fifth wheel hitch in the new truck. Can't wait to try it out on Saluda Mountain. Thanks East:sweet
