Hey y'all! My names Nick, I own a '04 F-250. I just bought it about a month ago, it's lifted with 35" tires and 18" rims. It has a a brush bumper for those pesky Wisconsin deer. A slide out bed tray, cap, K&N cool air intake, and I believe it's chipped. I bought it about a month ago and love drivin it, just through 2600 miles on it in 3 days, including a couple hundred in a snow storm and it treated me real well. Bottom line was I needed a truck that could work and play as hard as I do. Being partial to Fords the choice was obvious.

I'm here to learn a bit more about diesels, and have a good time... Thanks for havin me!

:SDD Aurora. I used to live in Whitefish Bay when I was a child. Congrats n the new truck. Watch the K&N filter as they are known NOT to filter very well. You may want to look at another filter system like AFE. I am not selling here, just a recommendation.

Dave :)

I am lookin for every recomendation I can get. I didn't build it, the guy who owned it built it, than was affraid to play with it. He needed money and was sellin it for WAY less than it's worth. I plan on doin a ton of work to it come spring, so I'll have lots of questions! :)

Welcome to SDD.com - Congratulations on the new truck, Factory air intakes are good for up to 500hp and filter the best.

6.0PSD777 is correct, the factory filter is good for 500hp and it filters very well. Best filter I have used. Look for another one.

Thanks for the warm welcome y'all! And thanks for the pointers off the bat, I'll start looking into a new air intake, although I'll likely avoid any wrenching till it gets warm again. The truck doesn't clear my garage... lol
