Hey guys, well gauges are ordered 1st, then ill start with some performance parts. I wanted some opinions on shift kits as there seems multi options like bullydog, transgo, sonnax to name a few. Any trade offs to using one or the other would be apprecated. I will get a new cooler to.

Also wanted to put in some sub woofers in the back, Does any one make a box that would go under the rear seat of a 97 supercab ? I was hoping i could keep seat up instead of having it folded down for big standard boom box as they take up alot of room. Or any other space solutions for the subs.

I'm running the transgo tugger kit and am very pleased with the shifting differences with the low stall torque converter I installed at the same time.

I should have phrased my statement about stock internals a bit better. The stock internals hold up rather well with a good shift kit and converter. The factory converter is the weakest link in the oe setup.

BJS i see other members are using the transgo kit, i will get that. Im a little confused about the low stall converter, does it engage sooner? Is the converter good for all around use, also some towing no more than 6500 pounds. I looked at your signiture and dont know what converter your talking about and were to get it.Txs for reply on my question.
