New user, not sure where to post for help

I have a 2001 crew cab 7.3 diesel that is making steering wine both when I steer and apply the brakes. I had no problem at all with this truck, I was changing a front hub bearing and was turning the rotor to get better access to a bolt with the engine OFF.....is it possible I pulled air into the hydroboost system. Thats the only reason I see that has caused this......any bleeder on the system??thanks, I love the help you give, I hope I can get an answer to this, Thanks
By the way its a 4x4 ....if that matters.....

The Hydroboost self bleeds. The whine is from the steering pump. You may need a new or rebuilt one. Check Napa Auto Parts or another parts shop for a rebuilt one.

Thanks Dave, I know its the steering pump, but, like I said I had NO PROBLEM at all with the truck, no noise before , I changed the front hub bearing and moved the front spindle to get better angle on the bolt behind the spindle and when I was done the truck started the whine.......The brakes are hard too....something in the hydrobooster pulled in air
