New turbine housing

A couple quick questions guys: how much power can I expect to get with a new 1.00 A/R turbine housing and how difficult is it to swap one out

you won't see any more power out of it.you will move the power lower in the rpm and see faster turbo spool up.its not hard to change once you get the turbo off the motor.
