Well the stock transmission finally gave up the ghost at 240,000 last week,I was pulling my bobcat in my 14 ft dump trailer outside temp around 110 I started loosing gears one at a time.by the time I got home I only had 1st&2nd gear left,on top of that upon tear down the flex plate was starting to come apart as well.So in went a h/d trans,cooler,t/c,flex plate,she pulls like a champ now. mr t

sorry to hear that. My TC just exploded. I just ordered a jasper for a swap. My dad has a fairly large garbage buisness so we have our own jasper rep. so we got a good deal and Im pretty sure they will take care of us. it came with a billet TC for a little extra strenght so I hope it'll hold up to my TW chip and a set of injectors

I have done that a time or so . Including the overhauls. Good luck with yours.

What do you guys recommend for tranny fluid. Synthentic or not and what the mercon that it calls for or somthing else. and specific brands? thanks
