welcome to the forums!!! i bought mine with 240,000 miles and i had to change out the fuel pump, get the tranny rebuilt, new clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel. i am happy with the way that the truck performs though. for 240,000 it runs really good and i would do it again. good luck. just follow all the stuff from baz's site and you'll be good.
