wow, made that jump myself 2.5 years ago. hope the new truck comes thru. the ranger i drove was one of the best small trucks. drove the wheels off of it. and welcome to the forum. lots of great stuff here. enjoy:thumbs

I did the same about a year 1/2 ago. I had 6" of lift, 35's MT and a whole bunch of goodies. It's nice to step up to a full size with a whole lot more power!

If you do everything 95_stroker told you to do and you like what you see you most likley will be getting a nice truck. The miles are low for a Super Duty, but he can come down on the price. Don't get in a hurry when buying a used truck. Take your time and you will get a good deal.

Haha, I did the same thing a few months ago. I went from a Ranger Splash that was lowered 7" in the rear & 5" in the front ...... to a 4x4 PSD. Huge difference!

another question, my father was saying its hard to take care of a Diesel. so could some one shed some light on this for me? He was saying you need to keep the fuel clean and intake and junk more so than a gas job? WTF is he talking about?

You burn clean gas in your cars and pickup. So what's the big deal about burning clean Diesel in your pickup. Just as long as you fuel up at a place that sales Diesel fuel all of the time and not only once or twice a week you most likely will be OK. It's all about maintaining it. Changing the oil and filters when they need to be changed.
If you take good care of what you have now and you keep doing it to the new diesel pickup everything will be just fine.
Good Luck..
