New to Fords and Diesels

First of all I would just like to say hello to everyone. I am a Jeep enthusiast and decided that it was time to get myself a real truck to pull my toys around with. Went out and found myself a good deal on an 01 extended cab and here I am. This is my first time to own a Ford and also my first diesel so I'm sure I'm going to have plenty of questions for you guys as I don't believe in leaving anything stock. Only problem I have is that I'm pretty much clue less about this truck as far as modifying it goes.

I have at least heard of Siloam Springs, I'm not sure if I know exactly where it is though... This looks like a good place for us to start learning about these new rigs of ours.
