Just wanted to introduce myself. I just bought a 2008 F-450. First time Ford owner.. first time diesel owner. This ought to be a interresting.

Kewl, you've got a whole lotta fun in front of you ....and alot to learn too!!
I bought my '05 F-250 brand new and have been tickled with it. It's got almost 80K miles and I tow all my toys with it...a 28' toy hauler camper, 19' ski boat, 19' bass boat, 26' cabin cruiser, 18' flatbed trailer....you get the idea. And I've yet to do anything to the brakes. (knock on wood). My previous F-150 ate brakes constantly and couldn't hold a candle to the F-250's power and towing.

Welcome Reepo glad you joined us here. I have good awesome things about the 6.4 and the power they are putting out is crazy with little mods.
