Big Stu. That thing is sweet. Looks like some of the stuff a buddy of mines shop does. BNC Offroad in Pasadena, TX. I heard those tires ride really rough. Glad that you like it. Almost looks like you need bigger stacks. Maybe 8". LOL

It's okay not to get it..... the bracing is for the axels so they can bear the weight and not snap like toothpicks, there was a lot of thought put into the design so that 1. it would do it's job...

what 'zactly is "its job"

Bushpilot, its job is to hold the truck high enough that he can change the oil standing up. Isn't that obvious? :roflmao

Damn, when I clicked on the pics, I half expected to see the motor hangin belowthe bumper, like Bigfoot. So are you going show truck or is this gonna be driven on a daily basis? Might want to install a few cameras.

Bush, You have to realize that alot of things people do to their truck are not for work purposes or even practical, but that is the fun part of customizing your vehicle. For example, I plan to get 20+" wheels on 35+" mud tires in the future. Now on a diesel truck, or any truck, it really makes no sense to have mud tires on a 20" wheel because it lessons its effectiveness off road, but it looks cool to me and that is all I care about. Its all about why you have your truck.

"Necessary? Is it necessary that I drink my own urine.....No, but its sterile and I like the taste" :roflmao

INDIVIDUALITY

I think that is the definition of "CUSTOMIZE"

Its what you like, its your taste, despite the fact that others may or may not like what you have done to your truck. I like shiney stuff, some dont, but thats OK.

I like no more than about 6" of lift on a truck, Big Stu likes more than 4ft. of lift, and thats OK.

I can dig all types of looks, lifts, chrome or monotone, 2wd or 4wd. Its what makes this site so great. Lots of people doing their own thing with their trucks. It makes it a great place to get ideas and share ideas with others.

I will now step down from my soapbox :D

That's nucking futs! I have to sat that the triangulated 4 link with coil overs has to be the cat's meow, though. I'd love to have that in a 4" lift configuration.
