Well i I did the Plunge and bought a used 2005 SD 4 x 4, extended Cab, All my friends are also new owners of a 2000 and a 2004. I hope I did a good decision to get my 2005. I got it for a steal here in the Atlantic provinces of Canada, where diesels are very pricy. I find it great to be back driving a Standard again.
The fuel mileage seam to be awsome compare to my 6.5L GM though I have not yet driven any long highway trip with it yet. I feel I will have to sell diesel fuel in order to empty this huge tank.
