New guy own a 2009 F250 regular cab 5.4 4 X 4. Not much of a talker, but I am a mechanic at a fairly large fleet with probably 100 Super Dutys in many configurations.

I have a question for you.....My heater is not working. The controller for air direction to floor deff. ect... works fine. the other knob ''when turned all the way hot'' does not work. The AC does work. Any sugg.....Thanks

Sounds like a blend door problem. Very expensive, but there is a easier way Auto replacement part, blend door fix, Heat, AC replacement parts
