I had the Banks 6-gun but traded it for a ts chip ( the same one twildman customizes). It won't produce a cloud of smoke if you don't have it on the 100 or 140 hp settings. Occasionaly on the 75hp it will produce a little smoke but you have to really be standing on the skinny pedal. Oh yeah I work out of my truck also so I understand your concerns. One plus about the 6- gun is you can use it as a set of guages.
