Thought Id post a couple pics of my 05 SD. Its been a long day, but its finally done. 6 Inch lift installed and a set of Weld Evos and Mickey Thompson ATZ 36x15.50x20s. It looks so much better now, and a lot tougher,, doesnt look like a grandpas truck,lol.. Ive also get a set of Bushwacker Pocket flares to put on, but that will be next week.

Very sweet. Chrome fender trim is not really my style but they look great on your truck. It must be the wheels! Shiney

DAMN! That is NICE!! What Brand lift did you use? I'm thinking about doing a 6" Lift on my truck. Are those Weld Velociti's? I almost bought them, but I got the EVO Cheyenne 8's instead. Sweet Truck:sweet

Thanks Fine69. Believe it or not, its a Rough Country lift,, I hear all the talk about Rize and the other brands and not to buy the $800 cheapie lifts. But I wasnt spending 1500 for a lift.. I have to say with the Rough Country, every thing was a very simple bolt on, every hole lined up perfectly, never drilled a hole, cut or ground on anything, or welded anything, 100% bolt on! It rides as close to the factory ride as any lift Ive ever installed, and Ive installed a lot of them,, Ive lifted 10-12 trucks of my own, and this one rides the best of any, and the only lift Ive has less trouble installing was on a 73-87 Chevy! Very detailed instructions,,, Heck, Im really inpressed with my "cheap" $800 lift.

Yes the wheels are Evo Velociti's. I found a great deal on them used, one has some chrome chipped up around the lug nut holes, but they were really cheap,, but had a hard time finding center caps, they dont make the wheels anymore,,, or the center caps, and not very many people have the caps still,, (and Weld claims other caps wont fit).
