Hey, just picked up a 2000 F-350 crew cab short bed with a 6 inch lift. The day I got it, it got stuck in 4x4 due to a bad encoder motor and switch on the dash, and the GEM module went bad all in the same day (first day after I got the truck) Am I going to keep having problems like this? It seems this is a pretty comon problem but still kind of worried for future problems.
Maintenance is the key to the longevity of your truck or any one else's. Get the gremelins fixed and you should have a nice truck.
