FWIW ? when I'm towing, pulling a grade, my 012 will get a little warm.. according to my Edge the ECT will get up to about 210*.. but never goes higher. Normal cruising temp is 192. I kinda like it to get a little warm.. I think it's Good to get a Diesel Warm(er) now & then.

Sometimes, the OEM dash gauge move's.. sometimes it doesn't. Typical ? :dunno

Your 2013 won't have a button for the exhaust brake; mine did not. I don't think they started putting the button on the dash until 2015.

Good morning everyone. Well I just traded in my 2003 F350 7.3 and got a VERY clean 2013 F350 6.7 with

50000 miles on it still has some warranty plus I bought the extended with it

about a month ago. It is just crazy how thing change over the years I have pulled my 32' bumper pull toy

hauler a couple times and for the first time in a long time wife and I and Kids could have a conversation

without yelling. So with me being behind on the trucks what is there to look for or what to watch out for on these new one's.

The wife and I wear earplugs when we tow the 5er. No cat, muffler, and stacks, that I had done before buying the 5er. Looking at getting a '17.

I had a warning of 113 miles left on my def and so I stopped only took 2 gallons? Is that right? I felt it should've took more with 113 miles to empty

My warning comes on with 800 miles to go. I can almost get 4 gallons in when it get to 200 miles so something is off with yours. Probably the sensor.

My guess would be the sensor as well. I usually keep an eye on mine and when it says under 50% I can put it at least 2 gallons.

Well here is the update. Took it to the dealer on Friday They toped off the def tank hooked it up to there computer and the sensors was not

reading correct so they recalibrated the sensor. They said if it does it again they will replace the sensor.
