God bless America and the families and friends of those that have given all so we can be free. Thank you to all that have served this great country. And may those that are fighting for freedom now hurry safely home.

I am currently reading "No True Glory" about the Marines taking Fallujah. I wish our political leaders-mad had a fraction of the cajones that the Marines have. If anyone gets a chance listen to Trace Adkins "Arlington" or John Michael Montgomery's "Letters from Home". I myself will be thinking about the brave men and women that have sacrificed all for this Nation, and those that are out on the frontlines. May God Bless them.

Those two songs "Arlington" and "Letters..." are great but there's also Darryl Worley's "Have You Forgotten?" and my favorite: Toby Keith's "The Angry American" because we'd all love to put a boot up the a$$ of all the nutcases over there.

Wayne,
You are right on with "Have you Forgotten" and "The Angry American". Darryl Worley is right when he sings the part about showing those planes everyday. Sadly it seems far too many Americans have forgotten what happened almost 5 years ago. Reminds of the phrase about "History repeating itself".
Also, in the book "No True Glory" there is a big section about the Army who was originally deployed to Fallujah. Didn't mean to leave the brave soldiers out of my original post. I have the utmost respect for those serving in war zones. I will no step down from my soap box.
