neoprene seat covers

I am looking for the best neoprene seat covers for a 2012 super duty, where is the best place to buy them. I am also looking for somthing to protect the surface on the middle flip down seat in front.

Ok I have to ask, why does it put a dinner on your table? I would buy from Cabelas if I knew that they would fit. They look to be generic, and the ones that are on their website say they will take 3-5 weeks to get if I order them. Anyone ever bought the ones directly from the cabelas store, how do they fit.

g/f makes/sells the labels on them. was supposed to get a pair for christams but I guess that fell though. So not to sure on the fit.
