Probably too late for my .02c but you don't need to jump from battery. Just jump across the two big terminals on top of the relay.

What he said, and a big heavy screwdriver is probably the easiest tool to do it with.

so this morning it wasnt quite as cold as it was the previous days when it took 3 cranks for it to start but anyway i jumped the gpr,left the power on for around 20 seconds and bam,she fired up first try.im still wondering if it was going to fire up anyway though.when i turn on the key i can hear the relay click,so it sounds like its workin,discount advance auto parts wanted 97 large for a gpr,and there name is discount,yea right.so i want to be sure its the prob,i dont have a fancy test light or anything it just lights up when theres power.so how can i be 100% sure its the prob.oh and after it started i locked the keys in,and i dont have a spare,had to pull the old coat hanger out of retirement,i was an hour late for work,it sucked.
