Need Help with value of 97 F350CC LB 7.3L

I am trading my 95 Mustang GT 5.0L convertible for a 97 F350 crew cab long bed 4x4 diesel with 158K and need help in coming up with a value. The truck has all receipts from new (not sure if original owner) and everything works except it has rust on tailgate, wheel wells, a dent from a blow out and the engine leaks oil. It looks to be clean outside and decent inside on the pics, what would be a ball park value for this truck.

The fact that these trucks are getting more rare all the time, makes it hard to put a price on them. I sold my 97 eclb 4x4 with 101,000 for $12,000 last Sept. Book was way less. But clean low mile trucks are hard to find. Book value will give you a good starting point.

the rust you list sounds pretty extensive to me down here in the deep south, which would kill the value down here, How's the frame with that body rust?

I've seen reasonably maintained OBS trucks sell for anywhere from 5-15k in the past year with mileages between 100-200k. pictures would help greatly in determining a value.

Rust and oil leaks lower the value a quite a bit. Goto NADA or KBB for a ball park then drop a thousand or so for the rust and leak. Probably book somewhere around $7,000-$8,000 so with the rust and leak I would say it's worth $6,000-$6,500.

My truck is a 97 f super duty with 385k on it flatbed hay spike winch single cab and the last time I blue booked mine I believe it was right around 8 to 9000 and it leaks a tad bit of oil but if you could get the truck for a low price and fix it up it would be worth it.
