NEED HELP! chrome trim around lights

I just got some euro headlights and clear turn/side lamps and was trying to install them. I just cant figure out how in the world to get the chrome trim peice out. Help would be greatly appreciated!!

The front turn signal lights are mounted to the chrome trim. Remove the trim then remove the lights from the chrome trim. Becareful not to strip out the plastic that the mounting studs screw into.

I got it finally. It looks a lot better with the clear lights in it! thanks for the help!
