Yep that is the main reason they have gone to the new car for safety. Those licks in the old car would have really shooken up the drivers.

Is every race this season gonna have a Super Bowl type atmosphere?

Whats with all the concert crap and racing into the night so far?

I was looking forward to this season with Jr. on a new ride, but I must say I am very dissappointed thus far.

I've been a NASCAR fan fer 30 years, but I gota say..

The Hype, Super Bowl atmosphere, and.. IMO, NASCAR has gone WAY, WAY TO FAR, with the Rules and Regulatory Crap. They've Lost Sight Of Their Roots.

The Media has also taken over (IMO), just like they've done with any other major sport.. any more. It's ALL about the Money. Caution Flags for Commercial Breaks.

They lost one Fan. Me*. Not Interested in going anymore. Might watch it on TV, but that's it.

*(I'm sure they care about that )



Racing into the evening is ALL about Optimum Broadcast time(s), as it relates to Time Zones.
