Question Mystery Wire

I found this wire on coming out of the driver's side firewall underneath the master cylinder. It has a green plug on the end that has 3 prongs inside of it. It plugged into something at one time. The length of wire will reach the back of the engine.



Anyone with an idea as to what this wire is for?

PO added the wire as a quick disconnect for some add on. It did not go to anything important.
