Here I am, bowing before you all.
I have been quite the dink lately, largely because I crawled inside a Jim Beam & Leinenkugel boilermaker for a couple of weeks.
I responded inappropriately to several stressful situations in my life.
Work sucks. There I said it. After 23 years, being an ex-technician ("I pay you to SELL, not to wrench") retail employee of the largest tire manufacturer in the world just isn't getting it anymore.
However, I am still employed.
We had plans on moving to a farm this year.
Our house sold in 100 days. Not something everyone can claim these days.
We nearly ended up homeless.
It came down to the wire in our search for suitable properties, which we have made offer and counter offer on.. here's the new digs West and Northern Michigan Real Estate by Prudential Preferred we'll have to turn it into a "farm" ourselves, but, hope springs eternal that we can be in by March 28th...
which is when my oldest daughter leaves for school in Virginia.
This is where I'm having the hardest time. She's never been unchaperoned before that far from home. I know she's a good kid. What I worry about is the OTHER kids.
But anyway, that does not excuse my behavior.
Can you forgive me?
John
