And for the record, I am so green with envy its sick. 80x24 AND covered parking! Yikes! 10 acres on the preserve... are you going to take boarders for cleaning stalls?
I did not check the map, but its a little farther to work for isn;t it? might be time for you to join roy and me in the tdi fold...

it is a little farther, but just a few miles... now I live along I-94, after the move, I'll live along US-131
right now I'm seven miles from the shop, after it'll be like 11 miles
kid is actually closer to the high school...
we're equidistant to the grocery store we use now, and the same chain has one closer to the new house...
