The only reason I am jealous about the tailgate is it was a perfect white take off, i coulda replaced the hinge and popped it right on. The junk yard had a GREEN one, he coulda taken that one instead

Makes me want to smash my tail gate

Otherwise, all is good. Kinda have a fat truck parkin lot around here

There are spacers installed in the front, very similar to a factory dually.

Whoops...sorry for my confusing question..What I meant was the front whhels are the dual type wheels, not the single axle type. That's what led me to my question. Did you change the axle/housing or just the spindles?

There is an offset adapter on the fronts. It bolts up to the discs and spaces the front wheels out about 2.5".

That's right. Here's a link if you're still not sure what we are talking about. Arrowcraft - Dual Wheel Conversions AA-4's They cost about $300. Total for converting to duals was about $1300 plus $550 for the '08 gate with paint and all.
