i digress....
wife wanted to go spend more of my $$ today. so we got $260 in plants. only need 2 ornamental trees and 3-4 more plants and that is done.... then just gotta put down the rock and stone edging.. but that is where it gets expensive. the edging is $550/ton and i need 2 tons and the rock is 2-4" river rock (baseball size to softball size) at the cost of ~$50/yd and I need ~18-21 yds.
as for time: measured in days straight @ say 8 hrs/day - prolly 4 days
i am WAY anal

you are one sharp cookie, i can't pass anything by you grasshopper...
water drainage. i will be running two downspouts towards that area and it will be a pass thru for water. in the future if i want too i can put a bridge over that area as well - for a different look even.
