6.0 stock setup
I disconnected the batteries to possible reset the system, but as soon as the batteries were connected the alarm went off again. HELP anyone?????

Sorry bout that.....FNG you know. I think its all stock. 03' 6.0 4x4 crew Lariat.
I checked it out today it seems to be working fine now. I had a key in the ignition with a remote in my pocket running errands for the past few days. Would that have anything to do with it??
I couldnt see any aftermarket components under the dash or hood, but I did get an extra remote that doesnt match the stock one. Do the remotes needs reprogrammed or is weak batteries??

I think that's the first thing I'd do is replace the batteries in the fobs (don't know what to tell you about the non-factory one) and relearn the key
I think the key learn is "key on, engine off" for fifteen minutes, off for ten seconds, and repeat two more times.. or you can do it with a scan tool , too, if you have access to one.

Alarm is not stock, not an option on the 03's. What are the markings, names, etc on the fob, maybe a ssn????? If no info on the alarm, we might be able to track it down with some numbers. Open your key fob, maybe some info is in there? B
