It depends on the speed that you want to run at. You could put a variable resistor in there, and then set it where you like.

I knew you were gonna ask that... lol... there was a pdf file floating around that showed a curve speed vs resistance as an input to the PCM for fixed elevated idle. I have it someplace, I'm trying to find it...

sure looks pretty huh. to bad i did none of it. i let my know it all 19 yr. old brother have all the fun. hey, he even read the directions and told me i needed a resistor. see, i would have screwed it up....:roflmao

EDIT: got a few things to edit on this situation.
1. he is 20!:roflmao
2. not a resistor - a RELAY.:silly

my bad. that may clear up some confusion. yup, i would have screwed it up...not only for me but for some of you:roflmao :roflmao
