The system will not accept an .xls format. What you are going to do (as in the directions I sent you) is to add the links to either your signature or just place them in a message.

Then who ever wants to see them will click on the link - then they can either open them with whatever program they have or right click and save for off-line viewing.

hey good morning-
sorry to hear that it won't work after all that crap last nite. i do believe that i have tried to link them to my sig. and wouldn't work. i will keep working on it though

I used just a screen shot for my import...
maybe do a screen shot of the data and upload it as a jpg...
