New Member Mounting dual wheels on a 4x4

Allright, I would not ruin my new F350, just wondering if it is possible. I have a 2008 Superduty with a power stroke, which was bought primarily for plowing in New England weather. The problem is even though I have the weight to enter into the 10,000 to 15,000 lb. class, they want the vehicle to have six wheels.
Is there a way to mount the bud wheels without severely altering my new truck?
This would equate to an additional $20/hr. so if the investment in material is not crazy, I would love to jump into the next category!

8 hole verses 10 hole lugnut spacing, so I would say No, without a lot of work.

did the 08 1 ton duallies switch to 10 lug? cause the 99-07 are 8 lug
